Intelligent Flexible Moldless Automotive Laser Blanking Systems

Compared with the conventional mechanical press blanking, the laser blanking technology has many advantages. It is the trend of automotive sheet extension processing. Greater flexibility
Coil fed laser blanking system is equipped with 24 CNC axes, which can adapt to the production of automotive plates with different shapes. It meets the requirement of flexible batch customized production and low-cost manufacturing.
Higher material utilization
Compared with mechanical press blanking, the average material utilization rate of laser blanking system can be increased by 3%, and which can even be increased by 10% when manufacturing some certain kinds of parts.
High-precision visual measurement
The dimensional accuracy of the finished product is guaranteed by online accurate measurement of the cut contour. The real-time identification of scrap removal and finished product separation is used to guarantee equipment safety and continuous large production.
Flexible production
